[BUG FIX] Potential bug which prevents headers from working on some servers now fixed.

[BUG FIX] Fixed PHP notice in admin/pages/games.php related to MySQL query.

[BUG FIX] Guests would not see a kick/ban notice, only error messages.

[NEW] Error reporting has been disabled via `core/rc/config.inc.php` for production servers.

[NEW] Version information added to admin dashboard.

[NEW] readyChat version check now functional from admin dashboard.

[NEW] You can now kick/ban guests from the user management pages inside the admin panel.

[CHANGE] Rank images on admin user list replaced with avatars.
